　　来到游泳班，教练对我说：“想学好游泳就必需学会憋气。”我听了，下定决心要练好憋气。回到家里，我在脸盆里装满水，放在面前。我的心七上八下，看着脸盆里满满的水，心里开始打起了退堂鼓：要不算了吧，虽然下决心学好憋气，但如果在水里被憋死该怎么办？还是自己的命要紧啊！要不下次再学吧。我的心里冒出两个小人在斗争。小白人说：“去吧，没事的，你不是下定决心练好憋气吗？”小黑人反驳道：“嘿，你想让主人在水里缺氧而死吗？好好想想吧！”终于，小白人一脚把小黑人踹飞了。我憋足气，猛地将头伸进水中。咦，在水中还挺好玩的呀！水拍打着我的脸蛋，舒服极了。就这样，我一有空就去游泳馆练习。不久，我就能憋几十秒了，而且还觉得憋气是一件好玩的事。
