　　How to get happyness

　　there is no doubt that happiness is the most precious thing in the world. Without it, life will be empty and meaningless. If you wish to know how to get happiness, you must pay attention to the following two points.

　　First, health is the secret of happiness (the key to happiness). Only a strong man can enjoy the pleasure of life.

　　Secondly, happiness consists in contentment. A man who is dissatisfied with his present condition is always in distress.

　　Mostly, I went to school to have lessons this week. It was hard but we must experience, wasnt it?

　　But on Saturday I finished my first learning. And the second learning will begin on Aug 1st. I can have a break and do what I want to do.

　　On Saturday I went shopping. Indeed I didnt buy many things. I just wanted to relax.

　　And then I played on the computer, sang , watched TV, etc. I just wanted to amuse myself.

　　I went to swim on Sunday, although I didnt swim very well. I felt cool during this hot time. I also played with my mother. She couldnt swim so I taught her. I sometimes played a trick on her. I had a good time there.

　　It was the first day of our winter holiday. All of us were very happy. Why? Because we have one months to do things we love to do. We are free. Although we have some homework. But we can finish them in several days. And the rest time we can make good use of. My god! We have been very tired after hard studying. In winter holidays, I want to have full sleep and eat good food in order to replenish myself. Last ， I will have a good rest.

　　It is a special day today. My mother sent one hundred basket of red bayberries. I like to eat red bayberries. It tastes nice. When they arrived in Shanghai, they were still fresh.

　　But most of them would be sent to my mothers business friends. I chose the best basket of red bayberries to eat. I put the rest in my refrigerator. Red bayberry is my hometowns special product. It is well-known in china. Many people like to eat it.

　　My Chinese New Year for this year was fantastic!

　　I went to Hai Nan with my parents during the Chinese New Year and visited my relatives over there. The weather over there was beautiful. It was so much warmer than my city. We stayed in a hotel and we spent a lot of time on the beaches. My parents also took me for a ride round the island. It was so much fun and I wish it was longer.
