I will find some old friends to go to the gym together to play basketball for 3 to 4 hours there. I will feel very happy and relaxed. This exercise is quitebeneficial to me, because I am very, very strong now. Three meal for day. It isnecessary for us to take breakfast well, because it is very important to take so. Once you have fresh spirit so that you could do everything in great effort and vigor. The lunch is seem to play the same role with the breakfast, attention it must take enough for the afternoon you have to work hard. This afternoon I went to play basketball with some of my good friends happily.
At the very beginning, I didn‘t want to go playing basketball though my friends invited me to. I was (had been) in a bad mood the whole afternoon because I didn‘t do well in the math exam. With their comfort and encouragement, I went with them. However, I was just one of the audience. I dare not have a try because I was afraid that I couldn‘t play well. Encouraged by my good friends, I picked up the basketball and played with them. And luckily I got scores. I felt very excited.
Now I have become cheerful and above all I‘ve regained self-confidence. I believe that the worst enemy in one‘s life is oneself. I shouldn‘t lose heart just because of one or two failures because I still have chances to try.

I got to school very early. Our class took a special bus to Xisai Mount. We got to
the foot of the mount at 8:30.We began climbing the mount soon. On our way the air was so fresh and the scenery was so beautiful. Everybody was talking and laughing.We reached the top at about 10:00. The Yangtze River appeared in the north, and over
the river there was a great bridge. We felt very relaxed. Seeing some birds flying in
the sky, I suddenly remembered a popular poem of Tang dynasty. " Birds are flying
in front of Xisai Mount ,". I kept feeling proud of our city.

这不刚写完作业，妈妈就开始给我提问英语单词了，我皱着眉头，左思右想，也仅仅答对了几个，当然少不了一顿批评，哎，还要接着背单词。
直到有一天，我突然发现有好多单词有相似的`拼写，我把它们放在一起，很快就能掌握他们的意思，我像发现了新大陆一样，把这件事告诉了妈妈，妈妈说只要背会就行，这让我有点泄气，还以为她会表扬我一番。不过我发现我掌握单词的速度还有准确率有着明显的提高，妈妈也发现了我的进步，这让我得意了好久。哼，可恶的英语，我也找到了你的破绽。
我用着自己的方法去学习英语，每次考试成绩都会上一个台阶，看来英语也并没有那么难学啊。
