上舞蹈班的第一天，我有点害怕，都是新的老师和同学。漂亮的.杨老师走到我面前，交给我新的红色舞蹈衣和舞蹈鞋，还拍拍我的肩膀，鼓励我上去自我介绍。后来，慢慢地跟着音乐，就完全放松了。练着练着，我感觉腰也慢慢软了，脚腿压下去虽然有点疼，但练完后就舒服了。我也要减肥，像妈妈一样。

今天是实习授课的第二天，我早早地准备好今天讲课的内容，但真的要上课时，我心里却不免有点紧张，因为昨天是我第一次上讲台用自己的方式去向学生传授知识啊!今天在上新课之前，我必须先要把昨天的内容
简单复习一下，这可正是对我教的好坏一个全面的检验......上课了，我表面上镇定自如地走上了讲台。一些常规的课堂程序之后，我开始了课堂复习步骤的，出乎意料的是学生们反应迅速，对答如流。说真心话，看到这我心里真的感到无比喜悦。
晚上回到家，想起白天上课的情景，我感慨颇多，我想我真正体味到了劳动并享受着劳动后的成果的愉悦了。当然，在物欲横流的现代社会，这个观念也许会显得有些陈旧和俗套，但它却有着与生俱来的`独特的古朴、风韵和精华。我们不能将快乐简单地理解为物质利益的获得和某种非精神意味的享受，快乐与否在于我们自身、我们的付出和我们的感受的。由此我想到现在的学习，很长的一段时间，我都因没有进入理想的学府而怨天尤人，失却快乐的。其实不断的学习便是一种快乐，奋进着永不放弃，需要不断体验快乐来支撑。不久的将来，我会成为一名人民教师，我会辛勤地工作，用心地去教书育人，我相信我一定能在平凡、艰苦中感受到欣慰和快乐。
