Although there had been a rough period for Thailand tourism, with revolving governments, restless mobs taking over of airports which frightened away tourists from the country that keeps calling itself the Land of Smile, Thailand tourism, actually, enjoys a constant good momentum of growth. Here I would like to explore some reasons that I perceived in the following passage.
Firstly, the prosperity is largely attributable to Thailand’s rich recourses of unique natural and cultural landscape. Its uninterrupted beaches, various-shaped reef islands, bushy tropical rainforest s are most charming. It is hailed as “buddhist kingdom” and 95% of its population believes in buddhism. According to a research, there is about 500 temples alone in Bangkok. Besides, the continuously new and novel scenic spots and attractive activities are the enduring stimulus for its boom.
Secondly, the whole nation from the loyal family to the masses are deeply aware of the importance of their tourism which constitutes a overwhelming portion of GDP. Thailand has a sound system of supervision and governance for tourism industry. The government makes a large budget to highlight the propaganda in foreign countries. And to ensue tourists’ safety, the government makes laws and shoulders strong responsibility for complaints. The simplified visa appliance also add some pleasure for its potential tourists.
Last but not the least, Thailand takes great effort to train high-quality personnel and improve facilities (such as hotels, transportation ) related to tourism industry. Thais who worked in tourist agencies are required to be educated, amicable and respectful. The policemen were once wearing “smile mask” to show a friendly gesture. Hotels perfects themselves to be more multifunctional and pleasant.
Taking what I explained above, it is not difficult for us to understand the miracle of Thailand’s thriving tourist industry. And its success also deserves its counterpart- in-China’s emulation.

On Development of Tourism With the opening and reform policy being carried out, thousands upon thousands of foreign visitors are crowding into our country. Tourism brings China a lot of benefits. First, it enablesitheChinese people to know more about the outside world and promotes frlendship and understanding. Second, it is financially beneficial to China, which needs more foreign currencies, for its modernization program. Tourism, however, gives rise to a number of problems. There are many uncivilized phenomenon in the tourist attractions. For instance, Some tourists spitting everywhere. As a result of overcrowding caused serious heritage-breaking.it also becomes a burden to our inefficient transportation system. Besides, the living standard of the average Chinese is still not high enough to be able to afford the many different sorts of expenses during long distance travels. Therefore, there are still a lot of obstacles hindering the expansion of tourism in our country. As for me, with the development of our national economy, all these problems will certainly be solved step by step. A much better and brighter future awaits us.

Title: My Experience in Thailand During My Seventh Grade Summer Vacation
During the long-awaited summer vacation of my seventh grade year, I embarked on an exhilarating adventure to Thailand, a land renowned for its stunning landscapes, rich culture, and delicious cuisine. This journey was not just a break from the routine of school but a profound immersion into a world vastly different from my familiar surroundings in [Your Country].
The trip began with an exhilarating flight across the globe, landing me in Bangkok, the bustling capital of Thailand. From the moment I stepped out of the airport, I was overwhelmed by the vibrant energy, the chaotic yet orderly traffic, and the friendly smiles of the locals. Bangkoks skyline, a blend of ancient temples and modern skyscrapers, served as a preview of the contrast I would encounter throughout my trip.
One of the highlights of my visit was the Grand Palace, a magnificent complex of buildings adorned with intricate carvings and golden spires. Walking through its gates, I felt like I had stepped into a different era, one filled with history and splendor. The Wat Pho, adjacent to the Grand Palace, is famous for its enormous reclining Buddha statue, a sight that left me in awe and contemplation.
Venturing beyond Bangkok, I had the opportunity to explore the serene waters of Koh Samui, a tropical paradise in the Gulf of Thailand. The islands pristine beaches, with their powdery white sand and turquoise waters, were a perfect escape from the citys hustle and bustle. Snorkeling in the clear waters revealed a mesmerizing underwater world of colorful coral reefs and exotic marine life, an experience that left me breathless both in amazement and admiration for natures beauty.
Food, of course, played a central role in my Thai adventure. From the spicy curries and fragrant stir-fries at local street stalls to the sweet and creamy desserts like mango sticky rice, every meal was a delightful exploration of flavors. Learning to use chopsticks and navigating through menus with unfamiliar names added to the thrill of dining in Thailand.
Moreover, my trip was enriched by interactions with the Thai people. Their warmth, kindness, and readiness to help, even when faced with language barriers, left a lasting impression on me. Their respect for tradition and family values was evident in the daily routines and festivals I observed, such as the elaborate Buddhist ceremonies and the bustling night markets where families gathered to shop and enjoy each others company.
Reflecting on my seventh-grade summer vacation in Thailand, I realize it was more than just a travel experience; it was a transformative journey that broadened my horizons, deepened my appreciation for diversity, and ignited a passion for exploring new cultures. Thailands unique blend of natural beauty, cultural richness, and culinary delights has forever etched itself in my heart as one of the most memorable chapters of my life.
This essay captures the essence of a seventh-graders experience in Thailand, focusing on cultural immersion, natural wonders, food exploration, and personal growth. Adjust the placeholder [Your Country] with the actual country youre from to make the essay more personal.

This morning, I decided to explore Bangkoks floating markets. I took a long - tail boat ride along the canals. The journey was like stepping into a different world. There were boats everywhere, filled with fresh fruits, vegetables, handicrafts, and local snacks.
I stopped at a boat selling fresh mangoes. The vendor cut the mango right in front of me and served it with sticky rice and coconut milk. The sweet, juicy mango paired perfectly with the creamy coconut milk and chewy sticky rice. It was a taste sensation.
After that, I visited Wat Arun, also known as the Temple of the Dawn. The temples unique architecture, with its towering spires covered in colorful porcelain, was truly magnificent. Climbing up the steps was a bit challenging, but the view from the top was worth every effort. I could see the Chao Phraya River flowing below and the cityscape of Bangkok stretching out in the distance.
Tonight, Im going to try some more Thai street food and maybe catch a traditional Thai dance show. Thailand is truly a country full of surprises.

Today, I took a flight to Chiang Mai. As soon as I arrived, I felt a different vibe compared to Bangkok. Chiang Mai is more laid - back and surrounded by beautiful mountains.
I rented a scooter and headed to Doi Suthep, a famous mountain temple. The drive up the winding roads was an adventure in itself. The scenery along the way was breathtaking, with lush forests and panoramic views of the city.
When I reached the temple, I was struck by its tranquility. The white - washed buildings and the golden pagodas stood out against the blue sky. There were many monks walking around, and the sound of chanting filled the air. I spent some time meditating and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere.
In the evening, I explored the night market in Chiang Mai. The market was huge, with rows and rows of stalls selling everything from handmade souvenirs to traditional Thai clothing. I bought a few unique handicrafts to bring back home. I also tried some local specialties like khao soi, a delicious northern Thai curry noodle dish. It had a rich, creamy flavor with a hint of spiciness. Chiang Mai is quickly becoming one of my favorite places in Thailand.

Today was all about experiencing the natural beauty of Thailand. I joined an elephant sanctuary tour. When I arrived, I was so excited to see these gentle giants up close.
We first learned about the importance of elephant conservation and how the sanctuary takes care of these elephants. Then, we got to feed the elephants bananas and sugarcane. Their big, soft trunks gently took the food from our hands. It was such a heart - warming experience.
After that, we went on a mud bath with the elephants. It was so much fun! The elephants seemed to enjoy it just as much as we did, splashing around in the mud. We also helped them bathe in the river, using buckets of water to rinse off the mud.
In the afternoon, we took a hike through the jungle. The guide pointed out different plants and animals. We saw monkeys swinging from the trees and colorful birds flying above. It was amazing to be in such a rich and diverse ecosystem. This day has been one of the most memorable days of my trip, and Im so glad I got to experience the natural side of Thailand.

My last day in Thailand has finally arrived, and Im feeling a bit sad to leave this wonderful country. But I decided to make the most of it.
I went to the beach in Phuket. The moment I saw the clear blue sea and the white sandy beach, I felt all my stress melt away. I spent the morning swimming in the warm waters and sunbathing on the beach.
In the afternoon, I indulged in a traditional Thai massage. Oh, it was pure bliss! The masseuse used a combination of stretching, kneading, and pressure points to relax my muscles. I felt so rejuvenated after the massage.
