　　今天，妈妈的朋友送来一个水仙，我兴致勃勃地看着妈妈是怎么弄的。

　　妈妈先把水仙外层发黄的焦皮轻轻剥去，水仙就变得又白又嫩。接着，妈妈一手托着水仙头，一手捏着小刀，像雕刻家一样雕刻起来。随着水仙头那玉牙似的嫩皮被一层一层的剥落，突然露出一个小花苞。这时，妈妈更加细心，一丁点一丁点地继续剥，生怕弄伤了可爱的小花苞。“真是太了不起了！”我惊喜地叫起来，妈妈的脸上也露出了笑容。太约半个小时左右，水仙头削好了。整个水仙头看上去像蟹爪一样，有趣极了。这时，妈妈把剥好的水仙头放在一盆清水中，然后对我说：“让它在清水里好好过一夜，明晚再种。”
